This project required precise execution, given that the homeowner was out of state. We worked closely with the project’s landscape designer to serve as the owner’s on-site representative, ensuring that every detail adhered to the approved plans.


Our scope included landscape lighting, custom concrete work, and the installation of over $50,000 in plant material. Clear communication and disciplined execution allowed us to deliver a refined, cohesive landscape that the owner could trust from afar.

Project Romberg

Managing Complexity, Delivering a Backyard Destination


Project Romberg combined a fiberglass swimming pool with an integrated spa and a multi-sport court into a single outdoor destination. The project required detailed logistics planning, precise scheduling, and coordination between multiple contractors.

Low-Maintenance Design Built for Play


The Leatham project focused on converting a high-maintenance lawn into a durable, low-maintenance outdoor space centered around a backyard pickleball court. The goal was to improve usability while creating a clean, consistent appearance.


Our work included full lawn removal, base preparation, artificial turf installation, a gas firepit, and new tree plantings. Careful execution and attention to detail ensured a polished finish designed for long-term performance and easy upkeep.
