The Leatham project focused on converting a high-maintenance lawn into a durable, low-maintenance outdoor space centered around a backyard pickleball court. The goal was to improve usability while creating a clean, consistent appearance.
Our work included full lawn removal, base preparation, artificial turf installation, a gas firepit, and new tree plantings. Careful execution and attention to detail ensured a polished finish designed for long-term performance and easy upkeep.
